- Ace Basin Tours: Ace Basin Tours provides guided natural and cultural history tours here in our backyard, the Amazing Ace Basin area of the South Carolina Lowcountry. This estuarine wilderness of over 300,000 acres is part of the experience we offer the winner of our annual contest for the overworked and underpaid instructional television directors. These folks staff Public TV stations and departments of education, and bring to children and teachers a wealth of educational resources. Many of those agencies are listed on our links page.
- Ducks Unlimited Canada: DU successfully conducts three major programs: habitat conservation, research and education. The purpose of each program is directed to putting more habitat in place for waterfowl and wildlife. As a result, we have secured and enhanced nearly 19 million acres of habitat across the country.
- Environmental Protection Agency: The mission of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is to protect human health and to safeguard the natural environment--air, water, and land--upon which life depends.
- Gigglemoose: Sharing nature with our children is important to us. When we turned to the Internet for new sources of learning, we thought, "why not put together our own site to share with ALL children?" And so we have, helped the entire way by our own overeager kids---just like in the garden!
- Grand Canyon Association: Grand Canyon Association is a private, non-profit organization that operates bookstores in Grand Canyon National Park and provides financial and program support to the park service at Grand Canyon National Park.
- KLVX - Las Vegas: The KLVX Communications Group operates Public Television Channel 10, 20 closed circuit broadcast TV channels, and satellite downlink and uplink services used for school, collegiate and professional education. KLVX also provides a complete educational media center to schools, video and CD-ROM duplication services, two production studios, videoconferencing facilities, online services and maintains cable distribution systems in public school buildings.
- Looking for Oregon's Future: What is Sustainability?: This Website, from the Oregon State University Extension Service, features 33 articles about sustainability, an interactive quiz to test your sustainability knowledge and links to other sustainability sites.
- National Association of Conservation Districts: Education is the first step towards conservation of our land and resources. Therefore, NACD helps districts design and implement educational programs in their communities. NACD also provides information regarding educational workshops and offers educational materials and programs through its Service Department.
- The Nature Conservancy: The Nature Conservancy, a nonprofit organization founded in 1951, is the world's largest private international conservation group. Working with communities, businesses and people like you, we protect millions of acres of valuable lands and waters worldwide.
- North Carolina Chapter: Together with our members and conservation partners, the North Carolina Chapter of The Nature Conservancy has protected over a half million acres of critical natural lands.
- NC Museum of Natural Sciences: Science education is an essential part of the Museum's mission. We offer a wide range of programs and materials for North Carolina teachers and students, newly revised and expanded in conjunction with the opening of our new Museum.
- NC State Parks: The North Carolina State Parks System exists for the enjoyment, education, health, and inspiration of all our citizens and visitors.
- New Hampshire Public TV: Home of Nature Works and several other quality programs.
- Palau Conservation Society: The Palau Conservation Society (PCS) was established in 1994 to make sure that development does not jeopardize Palau's natural and cultural values. The Republic of Palau has been deemed a "living Eden" by PBS, called one of the "last great places" by The Nature Conservancy, and has dive sites that consistently rank among the best in the world. Three nutrient-carrying ocean currents merge here, placing Palau near the Indo-Pacific center of marine biodiversity. More than 400 species of hard corals, 300 species of soft corals, and 1300 species of marine fishes have been recorded in Palau. Palau harbors rich pelagic fisheries, seagrass beds that provide habitat for the endangered dugong, sea-turtle breeding grounds, extensive mangroves, and habitat for saltwater crocodiles, fruit bats, and eight endemic bird species. One guide to the region states, "If you have one day to spend in Micronesia, spend it in Palau's Rock Islands."
- Rainforest Action Network: Rainforest Action Network works to protect the Earth's rainforests and support the rights of their inhabitants through education, grassroots organizing, and non-violent direct action.
- Reef Relief: Reef Relief focuses on rigorous Science to Educate the public & Advocate policymakers to achieve Conservation, Protection, and Restoration of coral reefs.
- The Trust for Nature: The Trust will strive to ensure that all significant natural areas in private ownership in Victoria are conserved.
Sixty-five percent of Victoria is privately owned. Ninety-five percent of this land has been cleared for agricultural purposes and urban development. Only 5% remains untouched and every year more and more of this remnant native bushland is disappearing. With it the animals and plants that called it home are rapidly declining in numbers and species.
Trust for Nature is a non-profit organization which works to protect this remnant bushland - forever.
The Trust focuses on its Conservation Covenant program and the purchase and re-selling of high conservation value land through its Revolving Fund. We are a small organization with 7 full-time and 3 part time staff in Melbourne and 10 part-time regional co-ordinators based around the state.
- WGBY-TV: Western New England public television.
